Job Description – Trainee Sales Executive £40,000 + OTE

Would you like uncapped earnings of £30,000 to £40,000+ in your first year?

We are looking for Trainee and Junior Sales Executives to join our fast-growing team in our Billericay office.

Working with our growing and dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for creating a pipeline of warm leads for our senior Portfolio Managers. Sterling Woodrow will help you to develop your skills, give you a career and encourage you to succeed.

What can you expect?

• A basic salary of £20,000 plus uncapped commission (our top earner will make £35,000 to £40,000 plus other personal and team bonuses.
