£20,000 for apartments over £2 million

2/ EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS to take place within 21 days of reservation
10% of the purchase price is payable on exchange of contracts (minus reservation fee)

3/ A further 10% DEPOSIT is payable 12 MONTHS AFTER EXCHANGE

4/ A further 5% DEPOSIT is payable 24 MONTHS AFTER EXCHANGE

5/ Balance of 75% is payable UPON COMPLETION
