Your number one focus as our new Global Business Development Manager will be to build and grow our network of successful sales agencies around the World.

You will be joining our senior management team, based in our Billericay office.

Full training on our products will be provided. You will learn how we operate and get to fully understand our processes.

You will then be responsible for devising a new marketing strategy to develop and grow our global network.

Together with our marketing team at your disposal, you will start by identifying the right targets around the world. The next stage will be for you to negotiate the initial terms, before jetting off to meet them and finalising the deal.

The agencies will report to you and you will help them establish themselves in the market, create marketing incentives and work to keep them motivated and hitting their targets.

You will monitor their progress and work with them to improve on a month to month basis, visiting them as and when needed to ensure they feel part of the team, wherever they are in the World.
